Visitor reports submitted through the site are licensed to the site for display and aggregation. Do not submit reports for beaches you have not visited.

OpenStreetMap-derived fields are available under the ODbL. Other content and the site's own measurements may be cited with a link. Bulk reuse of the site's own data requires written permission.

Rankings are computed from measurements and are never affected by affiliate or advertising revenue.
